We share your details only with the personnel needed to deliver your service — for example, a driver or delivery rider assigned to your job, or the stylist handling your appointment. We do not sell personal information.

Request and booking records are retained for as long as necessary to service your account, resolve disputes and meet our record-keeping obligations.
Security
Client accounts are protected by secure authentication, and access to records is limited by role. Administrative functions are never exposed to client accounts.
Your Choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete your account records where we are not required to retain them.
